David Stevens

David Stevens is the owner of Abstraction Music Group since December 2021, specializing in artist management, composer services, and concert production. With experience dating back to 2014, David has supported composers, music ensembles, and performers across various genres. David’s teaching career includes roles as an Applied Instructor of Saxophone at Gordon College and instructor at several music schools, providing woodwinds and music theory instruction to a diverse range of students. Past positions also include Events Planning Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, General Manager for Collage New Music, and Teaching Artist for the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra. Educational qualifications include a Master of Music in Music Theory and a Master of Music in Saxophone Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music, along with a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance, Saxophone from California State University, Fullerton.
