Evan M. Haas has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and organizations. Evan M. started their career at Coterie Theatre in 2008 as an intern, where they assisted the artistic director and production stage manager in the day-to-day operations of the professional theater. In 2014, they joined BroadwayAcross America as an Office Assistant at The Charles Playhouse - Broadway in Boston. Later that year, they also worked as an Assistant Director at SpeakEasy Stage Company.

In 2014, Evan began their long-term employment at All Newton Music School, initially serving as a Development Assistant before progressing to the role of Assistant Director of Development. Later on, they became the Director of Development & Community Engagement, responsible for overseeing the organization's fundraising efforts. From 2019 to 2023, Evan served as the Director of Arts & Community Advancement, and currently holds the position of Executive Director.

Evan M. Haas attended Shawnee Mission South High School from 2005 to 2009. Evan M. then enrolled in the Boston Conservatory at Berklee from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Theater/Directing. In 2010, they briefly attended Webster University for Communication and Media Studies but transferred the following year. In 2016 and 2017, they obtained a certificate in Professional Fundraising from Boston University Metropolitan College.
