Founded in 1998, All Options is a proprietary trading firm headquartered in Amsterdam, with a growing presence in Austin, TX. As a fully regulated market maker, we trade on major European options exchanges and recently expanded into US markets. Our mission is to ensure fair, transparent, and accessible financial markets by providing competitive prices and supporting genuine supply-demand dynamics.

Role & Responsibilities

All Options is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our global compliance team. You’ll be responsible for implementing new regulations and policies, monitoring trading, executing our compliance program, engaging with regulatory inquiries, and reporting to management and regulators. We’re looking for someone with presence, drive, and ambition to join our Austin office.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring compliance policies and procedures

• Liaising with the global compliance team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory reporting, records, and documentation

• Managing regulatory inquiries with management and the global compliance team

• Assess strategies and resolve questions with our Trading, Quant, and Technology teams

• Assist in the preparation and execution of vendor due diligence

• Monitor, interpret, and implement new and updated regulation

• Maintain our professional knowledge by organizing trainings, workshops, and exams

Who You Are

• 2 – 5 years of experience in a relevant field

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field

• Series 14 is a plus

• Being pragmatic, responsible, discreet, resilient, and communicative

• Understands regulatory frameworks

• Experience with consultants, banks, or brokers is a plus

• Affinity with financial markets is a plus
