Janna Wagner

Senior Advisor & Co-founder-in-residence at All Our Kin

Janna Wagner is a distinguished educator and nonprofit leader with extensive experience in early childhood education and community engagement. As a Co-Founder-in-Residence and Senior Advisor at All Our Kin, Inc. since 1998, Janna has significantly contributed to the training and support of community child care providers, emphasizing the vital role of early educators in children's development. Concurrently, Janna serves as a Lecturer at Yale University, co-teaching a seminar on child care and public policy. Previous leadership roles include founder of The Group with No Name, which fostered civic engagement through innovative programming, and Chairperson of the Advisory Board for the Community Fund for Women and Girls. Janna's earlier positions involved instructing in early childhood education at Gateway Community College and spearheading professional development initiatives in Boston Public Schools. Janna holds a Master’s in Education Policy and Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Yale University.
