Sarah Mitchell

Sarah Mitchell is the Director of Growth and Empowerment at All Out, where they lead efforts to enhance the capacity of grassroots LGBTQ+ groups and activists globally. Since 2015, Sarah has been responsible for developing fundraising strategies, managing emergency granting programs, and overseeing digital engagement initiatives. With a strong background in project management and multichannel marketing, they have previously held roles at organizations such as M+R Strategic Services and GLAAD. Sarah earned a B.A. in Cinema Studies, Religion, and Sociology from Oberlin College.
