Tony Boselli began their work experience in 1995 as a Player for the Jacksonville Jaguars. After their career as a player ended in 2002, they ventured into the marketing and advertising industry and became a Partner at IF Marketing and Advertising from 2004 to 2012. In 2007, they took on the role of a Radio Analyst at Westwood One and continued their radio analyst career with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2013.

In 2011, they became the Managing Partner of the Jacksonville Office at BALLARD PARTNERS INC. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Founder/President of Healthy Schools LLC, and they also served as the President of CareDox, Inc. from 2018 to 2019.

In 2020, they joined Optum as the Vice President Transformation Growth. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Growth Officer at all.health, starting from April 2022.

Tony Boselli attended the University of Southern California from 1990 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. The field of study for their degree is unspecified.
