Jay Markley

Jay Markley has extensive experience in both investment and corporate governance, serving as a Board Member at Charter Communications since 2009 and InterDigital, Inc. since 2016. Markley holds multiple investment roles, including Board Observer at Mega Broadband Investments and Board Member at CENTRA and All Points Broadband. Additionally, Markley is a Managing Partner at New Amsterdam Growth Capital and has held the position of Managing Director at Bear Creek Capital Management since 2010. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University, complemented by a foundational education from Casady School.
