Kris Pettinger

Kris Pettinger has extensive experience in software development and mentorship, currently serving as the Software Lead Mentor for FRC Team 324 Chips at CCSD since August 2019, while also working as a Software Developer at All Points Logistics since September 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Substitute Teacher at Clear Creek Independent School District and as a Software Developer/Mentor for FRC 118 Robonauts, where Kris developed iPad applications for FIRST Robotics. Additional experience encompasses a short-term contract as a Software Developer for GR81, focusing on NASA Mission Control software reconfiguration, and a significant tenure at United Space Alliance as an Aerospace Engineer, specializing in rendezvous flight design and control. Educational qualifications include a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and further studies at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
