Alejandro Abalos has over 30 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Alejandro began their career in 1989 as a Production Manager for Uniden, a Japanese contract manufacturer. From 1993 to 2000, they worked as Manufacturing Manager for Powis Parker, Inc., a company that designs and manufactures high-end thermal binding equipment. In 2000, they joined SunPower Corporation as Director of Manufacturing Operations and later as VP Supply Chain. At SunPower, they set up manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and production control departments to support company growth from $7M in 2000 to $250M in 2006. In 2009, they joined GreenVolts as Director of Supply Chain and participated in the development of an integrated 32 kW high-concentration PV tracking product capable of global deployment. In 2012, they became COO of ALL Power Labs, where they led the manufacturing, supply chain and business operations of the company. Alejandro also set up Asia-based back office engineering support operations. In 2018, they co-founded Local Carbon Network, a social impact enterprise to complement bioenergy projects of ALL Power Labs. Alejandro integrated community-scale circular systems solutions focused on education, clean energy and drawdown.
Alejandro Abalos obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University between 1984 and 1988.
