Monica Lugo

Monica Lugo has a diverse background in customer service and operations management, currently serving as an Inside Sales professional at All-Pro Fasteners Inc. since April 2017. Prior experience includes a role as General Manager at Jamba Juice, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations, HR, accounting, and customer service. Monica also worked at Interstate Threaded Products as a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk and held various positions at Jamba Juice, including Team Lead and earlier as a Student Worker at the University of Evansville, where tasks involved managing library transactions. Monica began a career in client relations as a Client Service Coordinator at H&R Block. Monica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing from the University of Evansville, completed in 2014.
