John Farrell is a seasoned design professional with over two decades of experience in residential design and project management. Currently serving as a Design Build Specialist at EGStoltzfus since June 2024, Farrell has also held roles as Project Manager and Designer at ALL Renovation & Design LLC since January 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Designer at BH Design + Build, Inc. and holding the position of Director of Design at Charter Homes & Neighborhoods, where responsibility encompassed all residential designs within various neighborhoods. Additional roles include positions with Keystone Custom Homes, Sharp Residential Builders/Developers, John Wieland Homes, and Colony Homes. John Farrell holds a Bachelor of Science in Design from West Virginia University, earned between 1989 and 1993.

That’s why our home remodeling process begins with an in-depth initial phone consultation. Next is an in-home consultation where we will determine if your project is feasible and can be done within your budget. If we decide to move forward, we will create a custom plan based on your goals and the unique features of your home. Once you sign off on the plan, construction can begin at the next available time slot. Once the project is complete, we will do a final walkthrough to be sure you are 100% happy with our work.
