Before that, Todd worked as a Senior Manager at Ryder System, Inc., overseeing international and fleet vehicle sales. Todd also held a Director of Asset Management position at El Camino Resources, where they focused on the Latin American market. Todd's earliest experience dates back to 1990, when they served as the General Sales Manager at Kenworth Truck of South Florida / Hino.
Todd Hays attended Florida State University from 1987 to 1990, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Todd then went on to Nova Southeastern University from 1992 to 1994, gaining a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
