Mayra Ramirez

Mayra Ramirez is a Biomedical Engineering Intern at TRIMEDX since February 2023, responsible for conducting validation and safety inspections on medical equipment, assisting with troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining an accurate equipment database. Mayra also works as a Home Care Provider for All Saints Home Care, Inc., providing overnight assistance to an elderly patient with Parkinson's disease. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Office Assistant at Wichita State University's College of Health Professions and completing clinical phlebotomy hours at Clara Barton Medical Center. Mayra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Wichita State University, with prior education at Barton Community College and Great Bend High School.
