The Head and Team Leads at All Saints Home are responsible for overseeing their respective departments to ensure the delivery of quality eldercare. They work collaboratively to uphold the organization's vision and mission by managing risk and compliance, finances, administration, community affairs, operations, IT, medical social services, rehabilitative services, procurement, and human resources. Together, they aim to provide a caring Christian environment that brings joy and dignity to residents.
