David Breeding

David Breeding, CCA, has extensive experience in church operations, currently serving as Executive Director of Operations at All Saints Presbyterian Church since September 2007. In this role, responsibilities include COO, strategic planning, construction management, contracts management, HR administration, and IT/systems administration. Additionally, David has held positions as Director of Finance and Operations and Church Administrator, with a strong background in financial oversight and administrative duties. Outside of church activities, David has contributed as a freelance piper for the Capitol City Highlanders Pipe Band from January 2011 to August 2021 and has taught French Horn fundamentals at Grisham Middle School from August 2009 to May 2012. David holds dual degrees in Business and Music from The University of Texas at Austin, awarded in 2008.
