Derek Bowers

Derek Bowers has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and business fields. Derek began their career in 1982 as a Senior E/M Design Engineer for Sensym Inc. In 1989, they founded and became President of DB Design Group, growing the company to a world leader in Semiconductor-Test accessories and making it to the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies. In 2009, they founded and became President of CA Kryptonite and X2 Engineering, Inc. In 2013, they became Internet Sales Manager for Capitol Mazda. In 2014, they became College Services Director for San Jose Sting Fastpitch, working with high school age softball players to coach them and their families through the college recruiting process. In 2015, they joined All Sensors full-time as Engineering Manager. In 2017, they became President of X2 Strategies. In 2010, they became CEO Chair of Vistage International.

Derek Bowers is currently enrolled at San Jose State University, pursuing a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
