Vicki Rannals, PHR, SHRM-CP

Vicki Rannals, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience. Vicki began their career in 1995 at Chevys Fresh Mex as a Training and Recruiting Manager. In 2005, they became the Owner of Coastal Restaurant Consulting and also began working part-time as a Wedding Coordinator for The Wedding Connection. In 2010, they began working at LeBoulanger as a Recruiting, Training and Development Manager. In 2019, they joined All Sensors Corporation as a Human Resources Manager and then later as a Human Resources Generalist.

Vicki Rannals, PHR, SHRM-CP has an education history that includes Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cabrillo College and Watsonville High School. In addition, they hold certifications from SHRM, American Red Cross, Coursera, and SHRM-CP. These certifications include SHRM California Law HR Specialty (2022), SHRM HR Department of One Specialty (2021), CPR/AED/First Aid (2021), COVID-19 Contract Tracing (2020), SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) (2020), and SHRM California Law HR Specialty Credential (2019).
