Louise Barnett

Louise Barnett has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Louise is currently the Founder of Y.O.U. By Design LLC, where they utilize their gift of Winning Others Over (W.O.O.). Louise is also a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach (Recovery & Mental Health) and the Founder & Host of the Together S.O.B.E.R. Podcast at Together S.O.B.E.R. In addition, they work as an Enrollment Advisor at Jay Shetty Certification School, where their goal is to impact 1 billion lives.

Prior to their current roles, Louise served as the Director Of Worldwide Sales at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from 2019 to 2021. Louise also worked as a Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Dallas from 2016 to 2019 and as a Sales Manager (Group & Transient) at The Highland Dallas from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they held positions such as Sales Manager at Remington Hotels and Catering Sales & Marketing Manager at Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill.

Louise's career began in 2007 when they started working as a Catering Sales & Marketing Manager at Newport Harbor Corporation. Louise later founded Sweetbites Cakepops as the Owner/Founder during their M.B.A. program and worked there until 2012.

Louise Barnett's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they obtained from Moses Brown School in 2001. Afterward, they attended Skidmore College from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre/Fine Arts. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Johnson & Wales University from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they specialized in Hospitality, with a focus on Marketing & Event Leadership, and achieved a GPA of 4.0, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Most recently, Louise completed a certification program in Life Coaching at Jay Shetty Certification School in 2022, endorsed by the Association for Coaching.
