Larry Misquez joined All Star Healthcare Solutions in July 2018, bringing with him 20-plus years of experience in healthcare staffing. A driving force within the organization, he is committed to developing authentic, long-lasting relationships with providers, clients, and people, and providing inspirational leadership that cultivates caring, high-performance teams.

As Senior Director, Larry oversees direct hire organization, comprised of Perm Division’s teams that source and qualify clinicians for jobs with client facilities and the Talent Experience team, which finds, recruits, and hires candidates for internal positions. He’s dedicated to delivering “Red Carpet” Service to providers and facilities, and attracting and retaining the best candidates to join people-centric culture.

Larry earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, where he majored in Political Science and Pre-Law.
