Shadae Mcdaniel

Shadae McDaniel is a Senior Vice President at All Stars Project, Inc., overseeing programs and strategic initiatives. Shadae also serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, Vice President and Director of All Stars Project of NJ, City Leader, and Director of Youth Programs. Shadae has experience as the Artistic Director at MarquisElite Group, Inc., and as a Sr. Project Administrator at Rutgers University. Shadae holds a Bachelor of Science from Howard University, a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University of Maryland.
