Darryl D. has a strong background in the fastener industry, with extensive experience in various roles at Fastenal and All State Fastener Corporation. Darryl started their career at Fastenal in 1992, where they held multiple positions including Distribution Manager, Operations Project Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Operations Manager. Darryl later became a Regional Sales Manager and District Sales Manager before being promoted to Director of European Sales and Operations. In 2012, they took on the role of Director of OEM Fastener Sales before becoming VP of Fastener Sales & Product Development in 2013. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at All State Fastener Corporation.

From 1989 to 1992, Darryl D. attended St. Cloud State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Darryl'sfield of study focused on Business Management and Economics.
