Frank Portera

Frank Portera has extensive experience in the plumbing industry, currently serving in the Plumbing Division at All Temperature Service Air Conditioning Inc. since July 2019. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Plumbing Division Manager at Accel Air Systems, Inc. from November 2016 to July 2019 and at United Mechanical from September 2011 to November 2016. Earlier in the career, Frank was the Piping and Plumbing Superintendent at AGC Mechanical from December 2007 to September 2011 and at Southland Industries from August 2005 to December 2008. Frank also gained project management experience at ACCO Engineered Systems between 2003 and 2004.
