Thomas Straker has a diverse work experience in the culinary field. Thomas started their career at The Dorchester as a Chef de Partie from 2010 to 2013. Thomas then worked as a Chef de Partie at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal for a brief period in 2013. Thomas went on to become the Head Chef at New Toms - Nottinghill from 2014 to 2015. Thomas then served as the Executive Chef at Santa Cruz Co from 2015 to 2017. After that, Thomas worked as a Sous Chef at ELYSTAN STREET from 2017 to 2018. Thomas then pursued a role as a Private Chef from 2018 to 2020. Thomas was a Co-Founder at BUNKA in 2021 and then became a Chef Patron at Straker Restaurants Limited in 2022. Currently, Thomas is a Co-Founder at All Things Butter, a position they obtained in 2023.

Thomas Straker attended Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2010, specializing in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts. Prior to that, they attended Shrewsbury School from 2003 to 2008. Unfortunately, no degree or field of study information is available for either institution.
