Barbara Miles

Barbara Miles is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in consulting and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at All Things HR, LLC since April 2022, Barbara has previously held the position of Senior HR Generalist specializing in Benefits and Learning & Development at Mutual Materials Company from April 2008 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing HR benefit operations for a 460-member workforce and developing training programs. Earlier career experiences include serving as an HR & Organizational Consultant at Cobos Group and Parker HR Professional Services from January 1999 to March 2008, providing HR and organizational development consulting to various clients. Barbara holds a Master of Arts in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Washington State University.
