Grace Miller

Grace Miller has a work experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst at All Traffic Solutions starting from June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for hiring, supervising and conducting induction of Business Leaders and dedicated digital team members. Grace also had direct negotiation responsibilities with clients in regards to scopes of work and agency fees. Additionally, Grace managed projects and accounts at both local and regional levels and implemented project management models to optimize time and resources.

Prior to working at All Traffic Solutions, Grace worked as a Data Analyst at Tier10 Advertising from February 2016 to November 2017. In this role, they hired, inducted, and supervised Social Media Managers. Grace also developed digital strategies for social media, presented proposals, monitored implementation, and optimized performance. Grace created and implemented work processes and project management for the Social Media department and generated monthly performance reports.

Grace Miller completed their Bachelor's degree in Analysis and Functional Analysis from West Virginia University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Virgin Valley High School, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Grace has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received a certification in Adobe Lightroom 3 Photography from Adobe Academy EGY. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Analyzing Big Data with Microsoft R from Google. In 2017, they received a certification in Designing and Implementing Big Data Analytics Solutions, also from Google. Finally, in 2016, they obtained a certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Exce, also from Google.
