Monique Critchlow

Monique Critchlow has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Monique has served as the Director of Human Resources at All Walks of Life LLC since 2016, where they oversee various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, change management, and benefits administration. Prior to this, they worked at Verizon Wireless from 2007 to 2016 in various roles including Leader Development/Employee Engagement Manager, Corporate Accounts Supervisor, Transition Supervisor, and Technical Support Supervisor.

Monique Critchlow, CSSBB, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications with a minor in Human Resources Management, which they obtained from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute in 2017, a Cloud U Certification from Rackspace in 2016, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute in 2015.
