Jim Mathers has extensive experience in sales and management within the construction and window industries. Currently serving as a Territory Sales Manager at All Weather Architectural Aluminum since June 2018, Mathers previously held the position of Territory Manager at Cascade Windows. Additional roles include a firefighter at East Contra Costa Fire Protection District and leadership as President/CEO of Northbay Window Company. Mathers also has a background as an Outside Territory Manager at both Milgard Windows and Doors and Pella Window and Door. Jim Mathers' educational background includes attendance at Los Medanos College and Antioch High School, where foundational skills were developed.
