Currently serving as the Director of Construction at All Weather Contractors since November 2024, Holder previously held the position of Director of Field Operations for Innovative Construction Group from January 2016 to November 2024. Earlier in the career, Holder was a Construction Manager at Fleet Landing, managing projects exceeding $11 million in value, and spent over two decades as President of Michael G. Holder, Inc., focusing on building client relationships and overseeing turn-key projects. Holder earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University in 1997.
