Brian Hicks

Brian Hicks has a diverse work experience in human resources and organizational development. Brian most recently worked as the Human Resources Director at All Weather Insulated Panels starting in November 2022. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Director of HR Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness at Elite Nurses Inc. from March 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Bridgestone Americas from April 2019 to March 2021. Brian has also held various HR roles at Dillmeier Glass Company, Tianyuan Garments, Koch Industries, International Paper, Walmart Home Office, Mainstream Technologies, and NIBCO INC. throughout their career.

Brian Hicks has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas. In 2015, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
