Arla Horn is an experienced fleet management professional with a strong background in compliance and logistics. Currently serving as the National Fleet Manager at All Weather Windows since March 2017, Arla Horn develops and delivers compliance training, manages fleet maintenance, and oversees adherence to transportation regulations. Prior roles include Transportation/Compliance Lead at Tervita Corporation, where Arla Horn established operational standards for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, Logistics/Scheduling Manager at Landmark Group of Builders, and Transportation Manager at Sobeys, responsible for the transportation operations in the Prairies. Earlier experience includes a decade as Operations Manager at Total Sound, managing inventory and vendor negotiations. Arla Horn's educational background includes studies at Harry Ainlay CHS and the University of Calgary.
