Gord Hancox has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Gord currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at All Weather Windows, a position they took on in 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Manufacturing at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc from 2017 to 2021. Gord also held the position of Vice President of Corporate and Customer Services at Loewen from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at HyLife Foods as the Vice President of Operations from 2012 to 2015 and as the Director of Manufacturing from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Business Performance Consultant at Protegra from 2010 to 2011.

Gord Hancox has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their career. Gord attended the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, where they completed a program in Coaching for Challenging Conversations. Additionally, Gord participated in the Schulich Residential Executive Program at the Schulich School of Business - York University. Gord also obtained a certification in Certified Production and Inventory Management (C.P.I.M.) from the University of Manitoba. Prior to this, Gord Hancox earned their diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Red River Community College - Main Campus and achieved the Certified Engineering Technologist designation.
