Ted Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and IT analysis. Currently serving as Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at All Weather at Home since January 2014, Ted specializes in mentoring teams, coordinating testing programs, and executing comprehensive software testing processes, including automated and manual testing. In addition, Ted has a role as a seasonal System Analyst at Initrode IT Solutions, focusing on PHP web development and end-user support for various IT systems. Previous experience includes IT Analyst at Edmonton Eskimo Football Club and Quality Assurance Analyst at All Weather Windows, where responsibilities encompassed network support, system troubleshooting, and test script execution. Ted holds a diploma in Digital Media and Information Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and has participated in Dale Carnegie Training.
