Tracy Nadiger has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tracy began their career at International Jack Service as an Operations Manager from 1994 to 2007. Tracy then joined Cash Store Financial as a Regional Manager, managing a region of 11 locations, before being promoted to General Manager of Marketing and Communications. During their time at Cash Store Financial, Tracy was involved in various projects including the launch of a new Line of Credit pilot, the development of online loan capabilities, and the redesign of corporate and consumer websites. Since 2012, Tracy has been working at All Weather Windows, first as Director of Marketing and then as Director of Marketing and Customer Experience. In their current role, they have developed and implemented customer experience strategies, led change management initiatives, facilitated product development transitions, and made data-driven marketing decisions. Tracy's expertise lies in customer experience, marketing, communications, and project management.
Tracy Nadiger attended Lanigan Central High School from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan between 1988 and 1992. Lastly, from 2011 to 2014, Tracy enrolled in the Sauder School of Business, where they studied Strategic Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, and Product Management.

All Weather Windows gives back generously to the communities in which they operate, working closely with non-profit organizations like Habitat for Humanity where over $1 million dollars has been donated annually in window and door products nationwide.
