Dennis Chookaszian

Dennis Chookaszian advises Genstar in the financial services industry. Dennis is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CNA Insurance Companies. He served as CNA's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1992 until 1999. Dennis joined CNA in 1975 and served as Chief Financial Officer until 1990 when he was named President. Dennis is the Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAC) which advises the FASB on accounting standards matters. Dennis is also a director of six public corporations.
