Daria Smorodina

Daria Smorodina possesses a robust background in management and change implementation, with significant experience in data migration and organizational change strategy development. From November 2012 to February 2019, Daria served as a Manager at Vimpelcom-GTEL, followed by a position as Change Manager at Salym Petroleum Services B.V. from February 2019 to May 2023, where notable achievements included managing an SAP S4/HANA data migration for 1,100 users and developing a successful referral program for ERP implementation. Currently, Daria is the Head of Back Office at ALL3, having transitioned from a role as M&A tax consultant at KPMG from October 2011 to May 2012. Daria earned a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Московский Государственный Университет им. М.В. Ломоносова (МГУ).
