Petra Bauerová

Petra Bauerová has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Petra is currently working as the Head of HR & Back Office Team at MoroSystems since January 2021. Prior to this, Petra worked as an Interim Human Resources Manager at COLORProfi, where they were responsible for transforming the HR department into a business partner and revising HR processes. Petra held this role from February 2020 to September 2020.

Before their role at COLORProfi, Petra worked at PPG Industries for a significant period. Petra started as an HR Manager in January 2010 and held various positions within the company until February 2020. As the HR Manager Czech Republic and Slovakia, they were responsible for the HR department in the painting business, which included a team of HR business partners and specialists. Petra also managed projects, budgeting, and served as a communication liaison. Prior to this, Petra had responsibilities for 600 employees in two countries, set up processes and rules, and worked on compensation and benefits.

Earlier in their career, Petra worked as an HR Specialist at Ricardo from March 2007 to December 2009, and as an HR assistant at INVIA.CZ in 2006.

Petra Bauerová completed their education at Mendel University in Brno from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Economics (Ing.). Prior to that, they attended Gymnázium Elgartova, but no degree or field of study information is available for that period.
