Fredrik Johansson has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Fredrik started working at 3 Sverige in 2007, where they held a sales position for almost a decade until 2016. In 2004, they became a private entrepreneur, focusing on organizing events and concerts, a role they continued until 2007. In 2005, they also took on the role of nightclub manager and owner at Brasseriet. In 2017, they joined ABRF Group AB as a sales manager and was later promoted to head of sales and marketing in March 2018.

Fredrik Johansson attended Stockholm University from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Media Communication. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Marketing at Stockholm University.
