Erika Riffel Lorente

Erika Riffel Lorente, CPIM has extensive work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Erika currently serves as the Director of CMC Strategy, Program, and Alliance Management at Allakos Inc, a position they have held since 2023.

Prior to their current role, Erika worked at Roche from 2015 to 2023. During their time at Roche, they held several positions, including Principal Project Manager in Pharma Technical Operations - Global MSAT and Engineering, Head of Business Operations (interim) in Pharma Technical Operations Innovation and MSAT, and Senior Project Manager in Pharma Technical Operations - Innovation and Global MSAT.

Before joining Roche, Erika worked at Genentech USA, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager in Commercial Operations from 2014 to 2015. Erika also worked at Genentech as a Principal Business Systems Analyst in Global Supply Chain from 2012 to 2014.

In addition, Erika has experience with Inspiration Biopharmaceuticals, Inc as a Consultant in Supply Chain and Project Management from 2011 to 2012. Erika began their career at Genentech in 2000 and held various roles, including New Introduction Manager in Global Supply Chain, Project Manager in Business Process Management (Supply Chain), Technical Manager in Production, Project Manager in Production and Operational Excellence, and Process Coordinator.

Erika Riffel Lorente, CPIM completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1994 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended SCHS, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for that period.
