Kayla Jerusha Barnes

Kayla Jerusha Barnes possesses a diverse range of experience in education and business. Currently serving as a Strategic Thinking Tutor at the University of Cape Town, Kayla also holds multiple roles at Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, including Candidate Fellow, Social Representative, and Mentor. Previous experience includes tutoring grade 12 mathematics at South Peninsula High School and participating in vacation student programs at PKF International and PwC, both focused on auditing and case study analysis. Additional roles include internships at Kintro and Akro Accelerate (PTY) LTD, as well as serving as a Mark Checker for the Department of Education. As a subcommittee member of Young Women's Professional Portfolios and Entrepreneurs Connect Portfolio within the Investment Society at UCT, Kayla demonstrates a commitment to professional development.
