Andy Pender

Andy Pender is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. since October 2021, Pender previously held the position of Project Manager at Touchstone Builders, Inc. from September 2019 to October 2021. Prior roles include Assistant Project Manager at Hudson Meridian Construction Group and Lettire Construction Corp., as well as Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Pender completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Maryland in 2012, during which time involvement included a geotechnical internship with the Federal Highway Administration, focusing on soil and rock analysis for infrastructure projects.
