Niels Beisinghoff

Niels Beisinghoff is a Senior Legal Counsel for Datenschutz at Allane Mobility Group since March 2023, with extensive experience in data privacy law. Previously, Niels served as Syndikusanwalt/Senior Legal Counsel at denkmalneu Unternehmensgruppe from August 2021 to March 2023, advising large corporations on various data privacy issues. Niels has also held positions as Legal Counsel at DataGuard and as a Law Clerk and Referendar at Jaffé - Rechtsanwälte Insolvenzverwalter and Freistaat Bayern, respectively. Additional experience includes roles as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN, Projektleiter at Berylls Strategy Advisors, Project Manager at Creative Dock, and Freelancer at The Nunatak Group. Niels was the CEO of BetterTaxi (BetterTec GmbH) from April 2011 to April 2016, where Niels established the company from the ground up. Niels holds a PhD in Law from Goethe University Frankfurt and an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Sydney, along with a State Examination in Law from the Universities of Heidelberg, HU Berlin, and Kiel.
