Ajay Kori has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ajay is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Novilla Pharmaceuticals, a company that has developed a proprietary drug delivery mechanism. Ajay has been instrumental in leading the company's first drug candidate into clinical trials.

Additionally, Ajay is the Co-founder of Allay Lamp, a company that has patented a band of light wavelengths to soothe the brain and enhance relaxation.

In 2013, Ajay co-founded UrbanStems, an online flower delivery company that offers a unique gifting experience. Ajay also serves as the Chairman of the company and has successfully raised funding from top VC firms.

Ajay began their career in the pharmaceutical industry with GlaxoSmithKline, where they participated in a highly selective management development rotational program. Ajay was recognized for creating one of the first intra-company young professional networks and pushing GSK to leverage social networking tools.

In 1999, Ajay founded and served as the CEO of autodream.com, an internet-based novelty entertainment destination. The company achieved significant success and became one of the most visited entertainment sites globally. Ajay also secured revenue partnerships with large corporations, resulting in substantial financial gains.

Ajay Kori completed their education at two prestigious institutions. Ajay obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Psychology from Duke University, attending from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School.
