Brandon Une

Brandon Une is the Director of Corporate & Securities at Allbirds. Prior to joining Allbirds, they were Head of Legal at Recharge from March 2021 to November 2022. Brandon was also Corporate Counsel at Splunk from May 2019 to February 2021.

Brandon began their legal career as an associate at Cooley LLP from May 2018 to May 2019. Brandon then worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2015 to May 2018. Brandon also spent time as a Summer Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in May 2014 and July 2014.

In addition to their work in private practice, Brandon has also served as a Faculty Research Assistant at Harvard Law School from August 2013 to May 2015. Brandon also interned at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in their Division of Enforcement from June 2013 to August 2013.

Prior to their legal career, Brandon worked as an Audit Manager for both the National Office - Accounting Research & Consultation and Audit & Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte from September 2010 to June 2012 and September 2004 to August 2010 respectively. Brandon also spent two summers as a Student Trainee (Accounting) at the Bonneville Power Administration from June 2002 to August 2004.

Brandon Une's educational career consists of a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School, an MBA from the University of Portland, and a BBA from the University of Portland.
