Justin Cleveland is currently the Sr. Director Of Materials & Apparel Development at Allbirds. Prior to their role at Allbirds, Justin held the position of Director of Apparel Development and Sourcing at Stance Socks, where Justin successfully launched new apparel categories and significantly grew revenue. With a background in merchandising, sourcing, and product development, Justin has demonstrated a strong ability to innovate, negotiate, and lead cross-functional teams. Justin's experience at Toes on the Nose and Cleveland & Company, LLC further illustrate their expertise in product development, brand strategy, and e-commerce. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
