Amy Fang Ye

Amy Fang Ye is a Senior Partner at 锦天城律师事务所, specializing in various legal services including corporate counsel and securities law since October 2011. An influential figure in both the Chinese legal community and local politics, Amy has extensive experience consulting for businesses on foreign direct investment and litigation matters. As an Honorary Member of the Hawaii State Bar Association's International Section since May 2008, Amy has facilitated numerous cross-border legal initiatives, including the "Sino-US Young Lawyer Exchange Training Program."
