Emma Pang

Emma (Lili) Pang is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law, including foreign direct investment (FDI), private equity/venture capital (PE/VC), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international arbitration, general corporate matters, family law, and capital markets. Currently a partner at AllBright Law Offices since April 2015, Emma previously held an associate position at Junyue Law Firm from November 2013 to March 2015, focusing on FDI, M&A, litigation, and real estate. Emma also served as an associate at Armstrong Teasdale LLP from June 2006 to September 2013, working in the International practice group in Shanghai. Emma holds a Professional LLM from the University of California, Berkeley, and both a Master of Laws in International Law and a Bachelor of Science in Law from the East China University of Political Science and Law.
