Miao Yi

Miao Yi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in offshore fund formation, M&A, and overseas IPOs, currently serving as a partner at AllBright Law Offices since October 2014. Miao has previously held associate positions at King & Wood Mallesons and Chen & Co. Law Firm, focusing on fund and M&A transactions, advising on IPOs of PRC companies, and establishing private equity funds. Prior to a legal career, Miao excelled in sales management roles, achieving significant sales growth while serving as Key Account Manager for Greater China and Asia-Pacific at SAGEM and as Country Manager for Bird International in Malaysia. Miao holds a Master of Philosophy in Public Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Public Administration from City University of Hong Kong.
