Terry Aivaliotis

Terry Aivaliotis has over 25 years of experience in the glass industry, which includes founding and being the president of All-Brite Glass. Terry has expertise in various areas such as business administration, marketing, and staff recruitment and training. Terry demonstrated their entrepreneurial skills by growing a startup business to achieve millions in annual sales through effective planning, leadership, sales techniques, and innovative marketing. Additionally, Terry joined Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region as a member of the Board of Directors to give back to the community that supported their family business. Terry played a key role in turning their vision into a reality. Prior to All-Brite Glass, Terry worked as an Automotive Glass Technician at Speedy Glass.

Terry Aivaliotis has a diverse educational background that spans several years. In 1986, they began attending Waterloo Oxford District Secondary School, where they completed their high school education in 1989. Following this, in 1991 and 1992, Terry enrolled at the Toronto School of Business, focusing on Accounting, Business, and Computers, though no specific degree was mentioned. Throughout their career, Terry continued to enhance their skills and knowledge through various courses and programs. Terry undertook an Acquisitions & Mergers Course at the Business Buying Accelerator, a Leadership & People relations course at the Dale Carnegie Course, and a Board Governance program at the Manulife Board Governance BootCamp. Currently, in 2021, Terry is furthering their personal and business development at Tec Canada.
