In this role, Cynthia oversees compliance and quality initiatives, ensuring that organizational standards meet regulatory requirements. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Government Programs Officer and Quality Improvement Director at the Mid Rogue Independent Physician Association, where responsibilities included managing government healthcare programs and driving quality improvement efforts.
