James Wood is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering and network administration. Currently serving as a System Engineer at AllCare Health since June 2020, James also holds roles as a System Administrator and Desktop Support Technician II, demonstrating expertise in triaging helpdesk tickets and delivering timely desktop support. Previous experience includes positions as a Network Administrator at ECS Case, Umpqua Indian Development Corp, and Seven Feathers Casino Resort, where responsibilities encompassed managing and configuring network infrastructure, providing end-user support, and overseeing IT operations. James completed education at Rogue Community College in 2007.
